An order was taken to put it into practice, but it could not be later withdrawn, but where the institution of the order was so baseless, it could not be ignored on the basis of the principle of Lux Punitai. If the appointment contract was responsible for termination, he was found to be ineligible for the position during the investigation. Authorized authorities were shocked when the petitioners discovered the shortage.
