In the light of Articles 4 and 25 of the Constitution, b was an essential right e behaved according to the law, as there should be no discrimination in the law, because all citizens were equal before the law and were entitled to equal protection of the law from the law. The first equation was subject to the proper classification of the law, but in the present case, it did not matter. The question of any classification is about the authority that the applicants accepted this post in BS8 and can no longer claim the upgrade, which was not correct, as the upgrade is not part of the terms and conditions of service. That is, the authorities were directed by the High Court to upgrade the posts of the applicants and like them in the Punjab government.
