DANCOM PAKISTAN (PVT.) LIMITED versus PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION AUTHORITY

R12 Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act (XVI of 1996), Section 23 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Reporting requests for constitutional applications under the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Pakistan Telecommunications (Reorganization) Act. The showcase notice was issued under section 23 of 1996. Due to this, the applicant was also asked to submit international incoming traffic data for the months of January, February and March 2010 and to explain in writing within thirty days after the aforesaid notice was issued. Licenses may not be suspended, revoked or any other enforcement order should be passed against them. Provide information, as required by Rule 12 (1) (a) of the Access Promotion Rules 2004, to the applicant through a showcase notice. Was asked to do so and there was no negative order. Notices of litigation cannot be challenged in constitutional jurisdiction, excluding costs accordingly
