Contract / Daily Wage Employees Regular service employees who were appointed on a contract / daily basis have been carrying out their duties for the past several years. They were informed that when and where rules and regulations were set, their services would be regularized. The government introduced a policy to regulate contractual / daily wage employees' services, but instead of regularizing services, the policy said that the policy terminated them. The legitimate policy formulated by the government should be implemented with letter and spirit, most of the employees were over the age and they would not be able to get public employment if they were not organized properly.
