MASKEEN SULTAN versus CDA THROUGH CHAIRMAN

Section 22 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Denial of Capital Development Authority (CDA) on the request that it allot the plot in return for the acquisition of its property because it has less than 300 square feet of BEP Area exists in which the plot is not entitled to be allotted to the petitioner. The second BPU measuring 282 square feet was entitled by the Supreme Court to the allotment of the plot; almost half a century ago, the applicant's property was acquired. No one could believe that the CDA was affected. The High Court will deprive individuals of their rights. Capital Development Authority directs such illegal and corrupt practices to be allotted plots within a stipulated time frame.
