Section 2 (d), 11, 16 and Third Schedule Para A Pakistan College of Physicians and Surgeons Ordinance (XX 1962), Section 9 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Hospital for Medical Consultants, Inc. of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council ( PM&DC) For appointment as Associate Professor / Professors in the proposed Undergraduate Medical and Dental College due to non-approval of such hospital for post graduate training program by PM&DC Petitioners. Recognizing and applying full postgraduate teaching experience of applicants to such hospital since 1994 It was requested that the refusal was without illegal authorization as the Prime Minister and the DC approved the hospital for training in house jobs in medicine, surgery, nursery and gynecology after 25 11 1984. And that the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSP) recognized the Hospital for FCPSH training in Episcopiology, Medicine, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Surgery and Gynecology since 1 12 1994, In this way, the hospital will be praised for the medical institution given in section 2. (D) Accreditation Medical College of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Ordinance, 1962, has not been recognized by the Ministry of Health since 1 week, 2010 nor has it stated that the hospital after the approval of FCPS and MCPS training. Applied for PM&DC on 12 4 1994. Neither its identity as the Postgraduate Teaching Hospital nor the CPSP formally notified PMP and DC when such a hospital was approved by PM&DC. Not approved
