Held after providing the tenant with an opportunity to be heard, under the circumstances, the section 24 mabad rent ordinance, 2001, clearly provided that there was no order in relation to the increase in rent. Or interfering with the services provided to the tenant. Or order to make necessary repairs; or evict the tenant, by the controller of the rent, except to inquire; and the removal of the tenants, without affecting the service as required by the parties at the hearing. The order passed by the rent controller for, will be in violation of Section 24 of the Islamabad Rent Restriction Ordinance 2001 which was not served by the tenant controller. Default manners
