Sections 3 (2) and 4 (4) of the Sindh Chief Court Rules (O-section), R 731 Defendant's request to recover the bunker's supply and to prosecute the plaintiff for damaging the ship's arrest. Given that the fuel agent's request was acknowledged by such supply specialist ships, but it was not paid by the fuel agent and the tenant, Valdetti plaintiff acknowledged that the master's vessel was fueled. Such a supply was not made at the request of the plaintiff and the charterer was not the owner of the vessel. The defendant will be obliged to pay such supply to the plaintiff under the terms of the charter party with the charter, but not the vessel and its owner cannot retain a claim against the ship in the RAM. In such cases the plaintiff was unable to present a personal case against the owner of the vessel. The High Court dismissed such request.
