Article 199 Constitution Request Civil Service WAPDA Employees Upon completion of 20 years of service, instructions for reviewing the services of retirement WAPDA employees who complete 20 years of service with the aim of eliminating ineligible, corrupt and unwanted employees from the department. Against whom the notice was issued to the applicant, during 20 years of service, about 18 minor and major convictions were mentioned, the applicant responded in response to the notice filed by an unqualified officer issuing a show cause notice. And the department has been directed to take action. With the law, the authorities had to consider the applicant's response and comply with the law. There was no case of interference. The constitutional application was dismissed.
