The unknown date and time and it was an anonymous incident with no recovery effect from the accused, no private witnesses were included at the time of the recovery and the adviser was a police officer and an FIR was filed after a delay of nineteen days. Before filing an FIR, the complainant may have considered and discussed the matter with the family. No direct evidence was available against the accused, who declared this case a further investigation in terms of section 497 (2), the CCP accused were admitted on bail, accordingly.
