Article 199 Constitution Petition The right of salary and allowance for interruption of employment for the civil service current charge appointment period was appointed as the Principal of the Petition College, BS 18, but after that it was newly formed in BS 19 The current charge against the post was on appointment. Appointment in BS 19 was extended for one more year. Later, the applicant's current charge appointment was terminated and he was posted on his salary and scale, and continued to draw the salary and allowance drawings of the BS19 District Accounts Officer. An order ordered to recover overpayment was received by the applicant at the end of his service until the applicant continued to serve the post even after the expiry of one year, till his current charge. The appointment was not canceled, the effect was rigorous until the petitioner's salary and allowance of BS 19 was withdrawn. In his letter of appointment to the BS-19 Government, it was directed that he should pay this salary during the term of appointment to the higher office. The public servant shall be acceptable to the public servant, the employee to be appointed to the higher post. Was entitled to the salary of the advanced officer, as long as the officer was entitled to pay salaries and allowances. His current charge appointment was canceled by the authority
