Article 199 The High Court's Jurisdictional Agreement Liability Arbitration Clause The disputed questions of fact set forth in the contract relate to the important issue of whether the physical work (s) found by the applicants was in accordance with the agreement or not. The question could not be resolved by the High Court in exercising constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution, as the court had no way of resolving the question where the disputed facts were raised. But when the record floating agreement was provided as a surface, the constitutional clause Operation was not feasible, but each case had to be decided on its own particular facts and circumstances.
