TARIQ SULTAN versus NATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY BUREAU THROUGH CHAIRMAN

The reference to accountability was upheld by the Supreme Court, but later the accountability court issued show cause notices to the applicants dealing with the beneficiary and sought their explanation so that the applicants were asked to return the showcase notices. But the trial court, after detailed disclosures, refused to return the same justification. Section 9 of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999, exempted the person charged with the offense, issuing the showcase notice under the challenge and refusing to withdraw it by the trial court without legal authority and no legal effect. was not. An action which was barred not only under Article 403, CR PC but also Article 13 of section 13, the High Court ruled that issuance of show cause notices to the applicants was illegal and without any legal authority and trial court. The order was an illegal order and the application was allowed in that case
