MUHAMMAD SHAHBAZ versus STATE

An attempt to compel Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 324/34 probationary staff, the grant of his co-accused with the accused and another unidentified assailant entered the house of the complainant and his Shot on the right foot. The complainant's son was allegedly accused of abducting the complainant's daughter for which the complainant filed an FIR, but the accused party allegedly sent the complainant to pursue the abduction case. Threats were made but the accused was named in the FIR and was still charged with his injuries. He said the injured were not injured on the vital part of the body. It was alleged that he committed a single firearm and charged the person for repeating the firearms, and the same can be decided on the question of the implementation of section 324 PPC.
