The crime report alleged that the men mentioned were merely and solely terrorists, the strict statements of the case did not attract any provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 The Anti-Terrorism Court is involved, therefore, the plea of the accused under section 23 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 was not justified in dismissing, especially when dealing with the accused's bail plea.
