FAIZ MUHAMMAD versus GHULAM SHABBIR

The pre & pre-trial case was decided for reinstatement Ishm of the accused defendant was that the following courts had erred by the plaintiff on the important issue of student performance. It was received by him and stated that the statement was not cross-examined by the plaintiff, therefore, some part of a statement which was unadulterated in any kind of scrutiny is considered to be the other party's postman. Has been accepted by the person who allegedly served the notice and acknowledged the receipt was not accepted. The defendant was not given notice when he appeared as the plaintiff's witness when it was not stated that the original notice was sent to the defendant but according to law, the NAB court did not prove the defendants. Revision was allowed accordingly
