O VII, R 2 The plaintiff was a government contractor for money collection and negotiated a water rate agreement with the authorities, but the authorities canceled the contract and the plaintiff was sued for recovering the money by seizing large sum of money. The trial court justified. The trial court did not properly record the record / evidence and the parties' conduct. The authorities' failure to detect 43 water contacts and recover outstanding dues from 146 minors suggested that the plaintiff was not at fault, therefore, the authorities could be due to their own inadequacy and error. Do not cancel the contract The trial court overlooked that there was only one month and 6 days left to complete the contract and there was a small amount remaining against the plaintiff, which could easily be adjusted against security if the balance was not paid. I was on contract termination because of some other grounds hidden by the High Court officials and the trial court dismissed the decision and the case was pronounced in favor of the plaintiff.
