The FIR discloses that the Section 497 Control of Drugs Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (c), drug possession and smuggling charges, delayed approval to recover the drug from a paralyzed truck, 200kg of hashish recovered from an abandoned truck and police informant said that the truck was owned by the accused. Because who was the witness with the truck, or charged with the drugs recovered.
