The applicants were not enraged and, if they were at all agitated, they were provided with more appropriate treatment under the law to establish their title to the property and thereafter face similar or illegal encroachments on their faces. But there was a protest against any kind of entry. Controversial questions of fact which cannot be resolved by the High Court have its constitutional jurisdiction dismissed.
