SARDAR MUHAMMAD ANWAR JAFFAR versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL RESOURCES, ISLAMABAD
Applicants to the Article 199 Constitution petition claimed that they were the owners of the land on which their forefathers had lived for four / five hundred years, and claimed that the government was seeking oil and gas on the land. Can't survey for An incorrect decision or order regarding the application and failing to attend a court-specific question, the applicant's complaint was addressed to a private company that allegedly did not oppose exploratory activities. Instead, they tried to talk to the company. The applicants were not enraged and, if they were at all agitated, they were provided with more appropriate treatment under the law to establish their title to the property and thereafter face similar or illegal encroachments on their faces. But there was a protest against any kind of entry. Controversial questions of fact which cannot be resolved by the High Court have its constitutional jurisdiction dismissed.
