A XVII, R3 Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act (XXXV of 1973), Section 56 Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Council Rules, 1976, Rr 134 and 166 Proof of closure of the strike by the District Bar after 11 o'clock. The right to present evidence was discontinued after giving the plaintiff a left opportunity for the same matter that the district bar was striking and there was no effective action and the provisions of AXVII, R3, CPC I could not apply the accuracy party. Some will be held liable for performing such acts when such party may be fined in case of default. The court may decide the case soon where the party was given an opportunity in the case, despite which it failed to present its evidence. When a case was called, the default call to appear in the council's lawyer's court was strike. No illegal or irregularities were identified in front of the Law of Arrangements Council, amending the cases was rejected.
