Article 4 The claim of the grandfather's estate in the property of the successor grandfather, made by the children of his first step son, will be assessed under the custodian law at the time of his death and the legal inheritance of the Muslim. His estate would be entitled to inherit the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, Section 4 of 1961, presumably in nature and before the issuance of the Muslim Family Law Ordinance, the legacy already acquired under Muhammad Khan Law would be abolished. Could not give effect to the re-opening or reopening, the deceased grandfather passed away in 1961, while his father died in 1956. Yate died in 1955 before the legacy of the deceased son, thus, would not be entitled to inherit the property of his grandfather under Muhammad Dandh Lawot, filed by his son's legal legacy.
