MUHAMMAD MAROOF KHAN versus MANSOO KHAN

Plaintiff sued Plaintiff for declaring improper possession of Section Lim42 Limitation Act (IX of 8, 1908), Article 28 and Article 144 in this case in which the suit was an adverse possession of the land. The limits have been reached on Article 28 and Article 144. The Act, 1908, which was amended in 1992 to deal with adverse possession, was responsible for dismissing the case almost two years before it was filed, saying it was out of range.
