Section 44 Writ Petition Medical Colleges, Government Colleges for Overseas Kashmiris and Colleges for Doctors Children's Admission to the Notification issued in Quota 31 1 2012, attached by the Validatie Authority with a written statement indicating It was supposed to file nomination papers of candidates against their respective quota, including quota. No writ can be issued without the opportunity of hearing against the nominated candidates. Two applicants (candidates) were admitted to the respective meeting. ?
