Petition for approval of additional pension equivalent to ex-retirement approved before the retired Registrar (BPS 20) of Section 4 (15) and 44 writ petitions of the Supreme Court not allowed to be Civil Secretariat Officer from the Orderly Allowance under Government approval. According to the Constitution, to grant such an allowance to the applicant, all state subjects shall be entitled to equal protection of the law before the law, if the executive order is arbitrary, even if some classes have the same discrimination. And if it was not based on reasonable grounds, the Treasury Department issued a notification issued on 19, 1997 Shin did not show the allowance to BPS 20 or above officers working only in the Civil Secretariat, why they were given priority treatment, after approving such allowance during their employment. His retirement high court accepted the constitutional application under the circumstances.
