MUHAMMAD AZIZ KHAN versus CUSTODIAN EVACUEE PROPERTY, AZAD GOVERNMENT, MUZAFFARABAD

Section 43 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), Section 44 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5 Writ Petition after reviewing the ban on the application of time-bound review of the Stoic Property Review. The request for a ban was imposed under the Pakistan (Administration for Equity Property) Act, 1957, with a limit of thirty days for the eight-year allotment of property allotted to the IQE. The property had accepted the valid request without a valid request and the custody order and judgment were set aside.
