RIZWAN MEHMOOD versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH

The contempt of court affidavit filed by the respondents in Sections 3 and 4 was not that the authorities (the defendants) did not comply with the directions of the High Court as presented in the present constitutional petition. It was informed in the order that notices were issued to the alleged member. In the absence of any respondent's affidavit by the authorities on the contents of the constitutional petition, the authorities who denied all the negative allegations, the High Court has at this stage applied the controversial proceedings by the petitioner and the authorities. Refused to check.
