Section 39 (6) (A) and (B) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Appeal Election Dispute Re-counting of Conflict Ballot Papers was not satisfied with the election results and demanded re-counting of ballot papers. The officer was not persuaded to recalculate, so, under Section 39 (6) (a) of the Representation People Act, 1976, he affirmed the right to vote that the applicant applied for recalculation. The request was not submitted to the Election Commission, therefore, there is no reconsideration order.
