ABID HUSSAIN versus STATE
Denying the contents of Section 497 Preventive Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 427, 148 and 149, the FIR revealed that the accused, at the time of the incident, when the rifle was equipped with a pump action, was killed. His back was fired while beating. And the charge of indiscriminate firing was also attributed to him, and his co-accused postmortem report shows that at least 16 people were injured by the firearms during the incident, according to the prosecutor's lawyer. The virtues face a touching conflict. After the trial court recorded the evidence, the offense against the accused was found in Article 7, 7 of the CRPC Prohibition Clause and the accused failed to produce a case for grant of bail; the request for bail was dismissed.
