The candidates participated in the Third Professional MB, B Section Examination, 2005 and were temporarily promoted to the final MB, B Section Class, however they were declared as failing in the Third Professional Annual Examination 2005 and were awarded the Third Professional. Could not qualify for the by-examination and was detained in connection with the arrest of the authorities. It was that the applicants were detained in the MB, B section classes for the fourth year as they received annual and additional chances of obtaining the rules of the third professional examinations of the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and Colleges Prospectus. Had failed after getting it. A candidate who has succeeded in one or more subjects, but fails the annual examination, will be allowed to enter the next upper class, but such a candidate will have to pass the failing essay in the supplementary examination which the candidate has to pass. I will be detained. , And that no candidate can be promoted to the upper class unless he passes all the parties. The subjects of the previous class petitioners who failed even after getting two chances, could not be promoted and the third. Applicants in the Professional (4th MB, B section class) were not allowed to continue their studies in the final action of the authorities.
