SUNRISE TEXTILES LIMITED THROUGH EX-MANAGING DIRECTOR versus CRESCENT COMMERCIAL BANK LIMITED
Section 5 (R), 25A & 31D State Bank of Pakistan BPD Circular No. 29, Dated 15 10, 2002 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) issued by the State Bank of Pakistan Petitioner. The default settlement committee Circle No. 29 company had already been formed and the case was decided in favor of the Bank National Accountability Bureau, upon receiving a reference from the Governor State Bank of Pakistan, against the director of the applicant company's accountability court. I filed the reference. The Company was that under Section 31D of the National Accountability Ordinance 1999, litigation could not be taken unless voluntary defaulters were declared by the Civil or Banking Court unless the offense was default or committed. Gone is the scope of the accountability court's jurisdiction. Applicability of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999, 5 of 5 25A, which had to be determined on the basis of the evidence, was first examined by the State Bank of Pakistan from the scope 29 of the Accountability Court's Circular No. 29. Was properly done by the High Court. In view of the strange facts and circumstances of the case, the Supreme Court had refused to vacate the functions of the Accountability Court.
