Article 4 (185 ()) Bidding Auction Canceled The applicant's highest bid was rejected by the authorities without giving any reason, with the constitutional jurisdiction the High Court upheld the decision of the authority for its bid. The auction / advertisement notice specifically mentioned that the authorized authority had the right to reject the bid without giving a reason for the wind, but the authorities could not force the applicant to accept the bid which was lower than the allotted bid in the auction / advertisement bid. There is no provision that the applicant be given the opportunity to cancel the bid. The decision of the hearing by the competent authority approved by the High Court was based on valid and valid reasons and did not guarantee any interference under which the appeal was denied.
