ARBAB ALI ZARDARI versus DEPUTY INSPECTOR-GENERAL, NATIONAL HIGHWAY AND MOTORWAY POLICE
The Assistant Registrar of the Tribunal of the Appeal Notice for the cancellation of the Notice of Appeal for Section 4 National Highways Safety Ordinance (XL of 2000), Sections 90, 92 and 93, appealed to the Appellant in pursuance of the decision of the Supreme Court Appellant. During the hearing of the said petition, the appellant's lawyer submitted a copy of the notification dated 15-15 2007 stating that the Federal Law Enforcement Agency, along with others, canceled the appeal to the Federal Investigation Agency, Pakistan Motorway and the appellant. The highway police notice to do so was withdrawn.
