Sections 16, 17, 20 and 120 liters of Patent (Lahore), 1919, CL 12 High Court of West Pakistan (Establishment) Order (XIX of 1955), Section 5 Sindh Courts Act (VII of 1926), Section 8 Civil suit Urban Jurisdiction High Court Scope Section 16, CPC regulates the territorial jurisdiction of civil courts, however, Section 16, CPC, provided that Sections 16, 17 and 20, the CPC, have their original civil jurisdiction section. 16, 17 and 20 should not be applied to the High Court. The CPC was not applicable to the High Court in exercise of its original civil jurisdiction and the High Court could entertain all cases where sections 16, 17 and 20 of its jurisdiction, CPC and the Letter Patent (Lahore). The cause of action is in the local limits of Clause 12. , 1919 advised to file the forum and location but said that the provisions do not apply to the High Court Section 5 of the West Pakistan (Establishment) Order of 1955 and Section 8 of the 1926 Act legalized under Section 5 of the Western High Court. No foraging location was specified. The jurisdiction of the Karachi Bench of the High Court of West Pakistan was reserved, using it only under section 820 of the Sindh Court Act, 1926, the Pakistan Stein (Establishment) Order, CPC in its present case. The obstacle was to expand the jurisdiction rather than the jurisdiction. It cannot be questioned merely on the basis that Sections 16, 17 and 20 were not caused by the CPC applicable process, even partially, given the High Court jurisdiction for the present trial. ?
