Was filed under section 49. (E) (e) Interim order by suspension order before the National Industrial Relations Commission, before the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 2002, under which employees were essentially retired and employers were required to continue their employment. And they were allowed to resume their duties until final disposal. Their applicants, in their constitutional petition, claimed jurisdiction through the National Industrial Relations Commission that employees of Karachi Port Trust are considered to be public servants, under Section B per B of the Karachi Port Trust Act, 1886. And as a dispute of terms and conditions of service, the jurisdiction of the National Industrial Relations Commission was banned and only the Service Tribunal granted special jurisdiction because employees opposed the constitutional request. The petition is not worth hearing because the alternative remedy for appeal which is the Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 Was provided under s, employers had already benefiting from this. The lesson for the employees was that after removing the issue of unfair labor, the National Industrial Relations Commission had the right to unlawfully approve the order that the National Industrial Relations Commission had adopted in its jurisdiction. Dealt extensively with the question of authority. Matters interfering with the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction
