Before the arrest of Section 498 bail, the defendant's lawyer denied that the prosecutor's witness had granted the defendant an affidavit by an affidavit; in addition to the witnesses, another face of the case was the witness, viz. The foot was constable, which completely involved the accused challan. Subsequent to the completion of proceedings under Section 87 / Cr 88 CCPC, the arrest warrant was transferred approximately four months after the arrest related hearing, in which case the hail bail and arrest before the accused's arrest. After that the guarantee was completely different. Prior to arrest, there was a severe shortage of components for the grant of bail. In the present case the request for bail was dismissed.
