And must be given by law in the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction to prove the commissioner (revenue) without the support of any contemporary law, the order passed by him without any clause. Such assumption without jurisdiction and order without any legal and legal authority was made under Article 199 (1) (ii) (a) of the Constitution.
