The demand for refusal of the injunction with the plea was that the appeals were from the tribes on the land and the three constituents for the injunction were in favor of the appellants, so denying the injunction was not in the interest of justice. A valid notification was issued on 12 2002 and the respondents seized the land lying on the 1st of 2003 as it was the first possession. The appeal was taken from the appellant, so the impugned order was valid and according to the law, no appeal was eligible, the High Court dismissed it. r \ n
