The sentence imposed on applicants / accused of sections 426 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), sections 324, 337 F (iii) (10), 148 and 149 of the sentence was shortened and a considerable part of their sentence was passed. And that was the unsafe part of the punishment. In short, it was unlikely that the appeal filed by the accused would be taken for a regular hearing. If the accused sentenced before the hearing of the appeal, then the same sentence would be given while the accused was punished under the circumstances. Suspended
