Section 11 was a witness to the Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), O IX, R 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, against the applicant on the grounds that the petitioner had intentionally disappeared before the court. The High Court fixed the order affecting the accuracy in the witness box as it was in the interest of justice to provide appropriate opportunity to the applicant. The High Court directed the Judicial Officer to initiate proceedings from the date the applicant was present. An adverse action was taken against and refused to be unnecessarily postponed
