KESC LABOUR UNION versus K.E.S.C.
Application under Section 20 (2) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 for the determination of a collective bargaining agent in the Establishment under Section 20 (2) collective bargaining agent, the President of the applicant union. Was filed, whose application was rejected on 26 8 2003. The basis of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 was not attracted to the accuracy of this establishment as the last referendum in the establishment was held in the same year as 1999. Seven years had passed and all workers, numbering in the thousands, could not be denied their rights. The petition filed by the voting applicant was accepted with the directive that the Deputy Registrar would conduct a secret ballot under his supervision for the determination of the Collective Bargaining Agent, in which all parties would be linked in a transparent manner.
