OV, R 7, O VII, R 14, O VIII, O XIII, RR 1, 2 and O XIV, R 1 (5) Sindh Chief Court Rules (O Section) R 3 In the legal period for submission of documents in evidence. In order to examine a particular question, in the present case, the legality of a good cause, under the statutory requirements of the CPC, for the filing of evidence under the Expansion, VII, R2, CPC. It is important for the parties to provide evidence in support of them. It is claimed that the court ordered the parties to submit a certificate of preparation, list of witnesses and documents within a period of 7 days. The defendant's objection was that a 7-day deadline for filing the documents could not be made because no time limit was specified under OXIII, R1, CPC and the said time extension for legal. Under the law, parties are required to file documents with the petitioners because under OVII, R14, the CPC plaintiff was required to present the document on which he did not file a lawsuit. O VIII for the preparation of the Dome is contained in the CPC, along with the Defendant's written statement, however, under OV, R 7, CPC, the Defendant was instructed to hold all the documents contained in his or her power.
