Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations, Preamble Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request Unauthorized Construction Applicants' complaint was that the defendant was building a commercial building on a residential plot, violating rules and regulations in the residential area. The High Court directed the Karachi Building Control Authority to critically review the constructed building. Or increase it. Whether or not this was in accordance with the approved plan, and if the deviations, if not routinely attributable, they would be terminated or demolished by the competent authorities, the constitutional request was rejected in the circumstances.
