The applicant's income was applicable to both full-service and retired Army personnel and their dependents, then it may be stated that the applicant pursuant to Section 1 (4) (b) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 In the sense, it was an installation specifically linked to the Pakistan Armed Forces, removing the constitutional petition from its jurisdiction. Was granted, the immovable order was set aside and the Registrar of Trade Unions canceled the registration of the defendant's trade union at the applicant's mills.
