ALTAF HUSSAIN versus STATE
Section 7 Criminal Procedure (V9 1898), Defendant's Response to Section 203 Complaints The respondent of the complainant stated in the court that the police had not filed any petition before the accused complained of adultery and allegedly by the defendant. The petition was literally re-submitted in para 2 of the complaint, but the trial court did not consider it and only after recording the complainant's evidence, dismissed the complaint. The trial court did not carefully examine the entire matter with proper care and caution. The petition filed by the respondents was submitted orally, it was the responsibility of the trial court to pass the complaint. No positive comment was made on the key to the decision of the case, and since the record was not before the trial court, the order to dismiss the trial case related to the misrepresentation of important evidence. When confronted, the order was dismissed, the complaint dismissed, and the complaint restored in the direction that the respondent be summoned to prosecute. Complaint that will expire within the stipulated period
