Section 10 (3) / 18 was charged with defining evidence that the accused had been accused of, leading to discrimination. It was alleged that the charge was imposed under section 18 of the Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance 1979. Read it with section 10 (3) and under section 10 (3) the offense was of a higher nature and the punishment prescribed under it was twice as read with S: 10 (3). For which there was no prior notice of the accused without any prejudice, the accused was entitled to a trial and the case was referred to the trial court for justification and the case was subsequently settled according to law. The action was continued.
