MUHAMMAD NOOR versus MARWAT KHEL
Section 42 Appeals to the Collector of the Redemption and Mortgage Maintenance Land Act (64 X 19 of XIX) of the West Pakistan, Section 14, 15 and 17 suits, mortgage redemption order on payment of mortgage money. And not challenged in the revision, such an order restores the mortgage payment and the property will be restored in the case of a mortgage. It cannot be challenged after such an order has been finalized. Previously, the civil court had dismissed the suit under the obligations of the plaintiff legally to comply with such order.
