The testimony of the Section 392 evidence was thoroughly examined by the prosecution's witnesses, but nothing was brought into the record to defame their credibility, except for denial, because of the defendant's involvement in the case. Not a single word is said, no discount can be made. On the trial judge's finding that the prosecution was able to prove his case against the accused without any reasonable doubt, the conviction of the accused by the High Court has been reduced while the accused under Section 392, PPC. They will be sentenced for maintaining the sentence and excluding the appeal filed by the accused. Accordingly, the prison sentence was reduced
