Sections 2 (d), 21c (5), 21c (7) (e), 21c (7) (f), 21f & 32 are the only terrorist in the jurisdiction to try any minor offender. Can try the crime. The Anti-Terrorism Court, created under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, and the age of the offender are not consistent with the question of such jurisdiction; a child under the age of 18 is legally required to comply with the Anti-Terrorism Act. Can be prosecuted by the Anti-Terrorism Court. The provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 have a huge impact on all other laws, including the Juvenile Justice System Ordinance, 2000.
