Definitions of evidence of Sections 11G (1) (A) and 11F (5) (6) were not sentenced by the trial court after conviction of the accused, provided they were punished in the law. The court overlooked the case in which the accused was shown to be a member of an organization that was not a banned organization. The accused was arrested without evidence of donations to or from any organization in which there was no known police activity, nor was there any counsel for the location of the incident. The cases were prepared, and no explanation of such misrepresentation was made. The police had set up completely false cases against the accused and the trial court's conduct was even more shocking.
