The recovered motorcycle was interconnected. The evidence on record provided reasonable grounds for the evidence on record that the defendant argued for non-compliance with the provisions of Section 103, CR PC and Identity Test. The Investigation Officer was arranged due to a mistake, but was not arranged but other material evidence will not lose its significance.
